3. Ordering Products

If we accept your order, we will notify you by email and process your payment. Your order is not complete until we accept and process your payment.

After we have begun processing your order, we may reject or cancel your order if there are errors or inaccuracies in the information you provided. If we have already charged your payment method, we will issue a credit for the amount charged.
4. Products
We cannot guarantee that descriptions, images, or other content on the Site relating to our products are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
Actual products may differ from what is displayed on the Site. We reserve the right to change, modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.
Product availability is not guaranteed, and quantities are subject to change. We reserve the right to limit quantities and reject or cancel orders.
We make reasonable efforts to deliver products in a timely manner with reputable delivery partners. However, we are not responsible for shipping delays or delivery failures.
5. Payments
All purchases are subject to payment. Accepted payment methods are described on the checkout page. Other payment methods may be added at our discretion.
You represent and warrant that any payment information you provide is accurate, belongs to you, and you have authorization to use the payment method.
We may revise pricing at any time. Posted prices will be honored if your order is accepted and processed before any changes.
Taxes and shipping costs may apply and will be displayed at checkout. You are responsible for these additional charges.
Promotion codes must be entered at checkout. Only one code may be used per order. Codes cannot be combined or applied retroactively.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact [email protected] to request a refund. We will determine refund eligibility based on several factors.
6. Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your Wonder Bible® Audio Player product for any reason, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your shipment, minus shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, products must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and accessories. We cannot accept returns if the product is damaged due to misuse.
To start a return, please contact us at [email protected]. We will provide instructions for returning the product with a prepaid shipping label.
Once we receive the product in new condition, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
7. Reviews
If you submit a product review, you agree that it will be truthful and accurate based on your honest experience. Do not submit false, misleading or inappropriate reviews.
We reserve the right to remove or edit reviews in our sole discretion for any reason. We also reserve the right to disclose any content you submit, if required by law or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights.
You grant us a license to use any content you submit for any purpose.

The Wonder Bible® name, logos, and all designs, text, graphics, interfaces and other content on the Site are protected by intellectual property laws. Do not copy, imitate or use them without our prior written permission.

This Site and all information, products and services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
- The Site will meet your requirements
- The Site will be available at any particular time or location
- Information provided is accurate, reliable or correct
- Any errors or defects will be corrected
- The Site is free of viruses or other harmful components
Any content downloaded from the Site is downloaded at your own risk. You are responsible for any damage to your device.
You assume all responsibility for use of the Site. We are not liable for any damages or losses related to your use or inability to use the Site.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. This includes damages for loss of profits, revenue, business, or enjoyment, even if we were advised of the possibility of damage.
Our total liability arising from or related to the Site is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount paid by you to Wonder Bible in the past 12 months. This applies to all legal claims, whether based on warranty, contract, statute or other legal theory.
To the extent permitted by law, you release Wonder Bible from all liability related to disputes with other users or third parties arising from the Site. If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil Code §1542.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Wonder Bible, our affiliates and licensors, and our respective officers, directors, employees and representatives, from any claims arising out of your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of any third party.
We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume exclusive defense of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification. You will cooperate with us in resolving these claims.

We take security seriously and make efforts to secure your information, but no system can be completely secure. We do not guarantee security of our systems or that unauthorized access will not occur.
You are responsible for protecting your username, password and other account information. Use complex passwords and do not reuse passwords across accounts.

These Terms are governed by United States and Tennessee law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
You agree that any dispute arising from or relating to the Site or Terms shall be resolved exclusively in courts located in Nashville, Tennessee. You consent to personal jurisdiction and waive any objection to venue or inconvenient forum.
For European Union users, any dispute will be governed by Irish law and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland. The Commission Online Dispute Resolution Platform is also available as a dispute resolution mechanism.
15. General Provisions
- We may modify or discontinue all or part of the Site at our discretion and without notice to you.
- We may terminate your use if you violate these Terms or applicable law. Termination does not limit other remedies available to us.

- Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute waiver of that provision. Any waiver must be explicit and in writing.
